We sell both brand new and high-quality used. Each used device is carefully tested, certified, and covered by a 12-month software warranty (excluding physical damage) to give you peace of mind.
Can I trade in my phone for a different one?

Do you offer payment plans or credit options?
Absolutely. We’ve partnered with FNB and other financial institutions to offer flexible credit options. You can pay over 12, 24, or 36 months. Just visit our store or apply online to get started.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days for unused items in original packaging. Used phones can be returned for a 70% refund regardless of usage time. Please note that accessories are non-refundable.
Do you deliver across Namibia and to other countries?
Yes, we offer 2-hour delivery in towns where we have branches and 24-hour delivery to other Namibian towns. For international customers, shipping takes 7–14 days, depending on the destination.
