Access Electronics offers mobile devices and assorted accessories. We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and images; however, we do not guarantee that all details (such as colors or specifications) will be entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
3. Warranties and Returns
We offer a 12-month software warranty on mobile devices, which covers only software-related issues and does not include physical damage. This warranty does not cover the following:
• Any form of physical damage or water damage.
• Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or neglect.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the device.
Accessory Warranty:
We offer a 12-month warranty on accessories. If any accessory purchased from Access Electronics stops functioning within 12 months of purchase, we will replace it with a brand new one at no cost. For example, if your AirPods Pro stops working, you will receive a new set at no extra charge.
Returns and Refunds:
If you encounter any issues with your product, you may return it within 7 days of purchase in accordance with our Return Policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in product pricing.
In case of changes to your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer fast delivery services within Namibia. Delivery times are as follows:
• 2 hours in any town where we have a branch.
• 24 hours in any town where we do not have a branch.
• 7-14 days for international shipping to countries outside of Namibia.
Customers will be notified via email once their order is shipped, and tracking information will be provided where available.
6. Software Warranty
Our 12-month software warranty applies to all mobile devices purchased from Access Electronics, covering only software malfunctions. It does not include hardware issues, physical damage, or misuse of the product. Any repairs made outside of our authorized service centers may void your warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
Access Electronics shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages. We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall Access Electronics, its directors, employees, or partners be held liable for any claim or damages exceeding the amount paid for the purchased product.
8. Third-Party Services
We may provide you with access to third-party tools or services that we do not control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to these tools “as is” and without warranties or endorsements. Any use of third-party services is at your own risk.
