- Bring your device to a branch. Our team inspects it at any Access Electronics branch in Windhoek, Walvis Bay or Ongwediva to confirm your offer.
- Get paid or upgrade. Once confirmed, we pay you the agreed amount — or you put the value toward any device in our store.

Good to know before you start
- Every online offer is an estimate. The final amount is confirmed after a physical inspection of your device at one of our branches.
- Offers are based on the model, storage and condition you describe. If the inspection finds something different, we may propose a revised offer — you are always free to accept or decline.
- You must be the legal owner of the device. We may ask for proof of purchase or identification, and devices reported lost or stolen are not accepted.
- Getting an estimate is free and there is no obligation to sell or trade in your device.
- Your personal information is used only to prepare and process your offer, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Which devices can I sell or trade in?
Smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, earbuds and more. If your device is not in our instant-offer list, you can still submit its details and our team will prepare a custom offer for you.
How is my offer calculated?
Your estimated offer is based on the model, storage and condition you describe. Trade-in offers can be higher than sell offers because the value goes toward a purchase from our store.
When and how do I get paid?
After the in-store inspection confirms your offer, we pay you the agreed amount — or apply it to the device you chose as your upgrade.
What if my device is not working?
We cannot price a non-working device online. Bring it to your nearest Access Electronics branch for a physical evaluation and our team will assess it in person.
Do I need an account to get an estimate?
No. You can get an estimated offer as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track your trade-in requests.
