Processing & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation during business hours. Orders received outside business hours are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery (Namibia only)
We deliver within Namibia only, from our branches in Windhoek, Walvis Bay and Ongwediva. Same-day delivery is available in our branch towns; other towns are usually next day. Delivery options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address. You can also choose free pickup at any branch.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.

Delays
Access Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
