1. General By accessing and using the Access Electronics website (accessnamibia.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in Namibian Dollars (NAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service at our discretion. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

4. Delivery We deliver within Namibia only. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation during business hours. Delivery times may vary based on location.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on our website.

6. Warranty Products sold by Access Electronics are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. We do not offer additional warranties beyond what is provided by the manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability Access Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
