Access Electronics – Terms of Service

1. General By accessing and using the Access Electronics website (accessnamibia.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in Namibian Dollars (NAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service at our discretion. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

4. Delivery We deliver within Namibia only. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation during business hours. Delivery times may vary based on location.

5. Returns & Refunds Sealed, unused items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Returns on used devices and accessories are limited. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Warranty New phones, tablets and laptops carry a 12-month warranty: the manufacturer covers hardware, and we cover software and handle the manufacturer claim for you. Used and pre-owned devices carry a 6-month software warranty. Accessories carry no warranty. Full details are in our Warranty Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability Access Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
