Refund & Return Policy
At Access Electronics, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns for Unused Items
We accept returns for unused items that are still in their original packaging and have not been opened or removed from the packaging. If the item meets these conditions, you are eligible for a full refund.
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. After this period, it becomes increasingly difficult to accept returns, and we may not be able to process them.
2. Returns for Used Items
If an item has been used, we will only issue a 70% refund of the original purchase price. This applies regardless of the period of usage. The item must still be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
3. No Refunds on Accessories
We do not offer refunds on any accessories. All accessory sales are final once the purchase is made.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, you can either contact our customer service at info@accessnamibia.com or call us at +264814952277. Alternatively, you can easily visit any of our nearby offices or shops for assistance with returns or refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
