Refund, Return & Warranty Policy
At Access Electronics, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, and warranties. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Returns for Unused Items
We accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Eligible items qualify for a full refund.
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
2. Returns for Used Items
For items that have been used:
A 70% refund of the original purchase price will be issued.
The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
The product must be in reasonable condition.
3. Special Condition for Used Phones
Any phone purchased as used automatically qualifies for a 70% refund, except under the following condition:
If the device is returned within 24 hours of purchase,
And the phone has no new damages, dents, or defects beyond its original condition at the time of sale,
Then the customer may qualify for a full refund.
4. Accessories (Non-Refundable)
All accessory purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns on accessories once the sale has been completed.
5. Warranty Policy
New Phones:
All new phones come with a 12-month software warranty.
Specific warranty terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.
⚠️ Important Warranty Condition:
If your new device develops any issues, it is essential that you do not take the device to any third-party repair service. Doing so may void your warranty.
All devices must be returned directly to Access Electronics while still under warranty so that they can be professionally assessed, repaired, or replaced through our authorized process.
Used Phones:
All used phones come with a 6-month warranty.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
Software faults and system errors
Performance issues not caused by user interference
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
Physical damage (cracks, dents, or breakages)
Water or liquid damage
Damage caused by misuse or negligence
Devices repaired or altered by unauthorized third parties
6. Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the item has been returned and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Immediate Refund Option:
Customers requesting same-day refund processing will be charged a 10% processing fee.
7. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability and inspection approval.
8. Return Conditions
The following conditions apply to all returns:
A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required
Items must not be damaged after purchase
Items must include all original parts, packaging, and accessories
Items must not be altered, tampered with, or repaired by third parties
9. Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected before any refund or exchange is approved.
Access Electronics reserves the right to approve or reject returns based on the condition of the item.
10. Warranty Handling Process
Devices submitted under warranty may be repaired, replaced, or assessed depending on the issue
Resolution timelines may vary depending on the nature of the problem
11. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before returning any device.
Access Electronics will not be held liable for any data loss during inspection, repair, or replacement.
12. Right to Refuse
Access Electronics reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or warranty claim that does not comply with this policy.
