Access Electronics – Refund & Returns Policy

At Access Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our policy below.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: opened software, digital downloads, gift cards, and items marked as final sale. Used/refurbished devices are sold as described and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@accessnamibia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
